Ingrid Wentzel

Ingrid holds an MS in Health Education, and certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Health Coaching. Her other areas of education and interest include women's and senior fitness, functional exercise, yoga, corrective exercise and working with fascia and deep stretching. She dabbles in cycling, hiking, cross country skiing and gardening in addition to gym time. Train with her and discover how her positivity can infect you.
