Small Group Fitness Classes

Fun, energizing small group exercise (3-8 participants)
We use circuits or stations for strength, aerobic, core and flexibility. A maximum of 8 means everyone gets personal attention. All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.

Focus is on core strength and endurance, and includes a variety of body weight exercises.
