Small Group Fitness Classes
Fun, energizing small group exercise
We use circuits or stations for strength, aerobic, core and flexibility. A maximum of 8 means everyone gets personal attention. All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.

Monday 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
