Small Group Fitness
Fun, energizing small group exercise (3-8 participants). We use circuits or stations for strength, aerobic, core and flexibility. A maximum of 8 means everyone gets personal attention. All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.

Yoga Basics
Wednesday 10-11:15 a.m.
Yoga with a focus on alignment, adequate warm-up and the traditional yoga postures , and the occasional addition of foam rollers or fitness balls. We allow plenty of time for transitions between poses and options for modifications. Small class size ensures personal attention.
Cost for all classes: $20 single
5-pack: $75 + tax (good for 2 months)
10-pack: $120 + tax (good for 3 months)
Monthly, up to 12 classes: $120 + tax
University of New Mexico Continuing Education:
Some classes are offered through UNM and open only to UNM registrants. Most are open to both private pay and UNM folk, space allowing.
