Small Group Fitness
Fun, energizing small group exercise (3-8 participants). We use circuits or stations for strength, aerobic, core and flexibility. A maximum of 8 means everyone gets personal attention. All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.
Circuit Training Class Schedule (check often as schedule is subject to change):
Monday 4 pm & 6 p.m.
Tuesday 10 a.m. & 6 p.m.
Wednesday 6 p.m.
Thursday 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. & 11 a.m.
Core Competency: Monday 5:20 – 5:50 p.m.
Yoga basics with a focus on the traditional yoga postures , and the occasional addition of foam rollers or fitness balls. We allow plenty of time for transitions between poses and options for modifications. Small class size ensures personal attention.
Friday 10:15-11:30 a.m.
Cost for all classes: $20 single
5-pack: $80 (good for 2 months)
Monthly unlimited: $130
University of New Mexico Continuing Education:
Some classes are offered through UNM and open only to UNM registrants. Most are open to both private pay and UNM folk, space allowing.
